I went with the size guide, and it worked for me - I got the size I need from it. There really isn't a back pad - that was in the description, and it's fine - so I pulled one from my old jacket that fits (although it's a bit snug in the pocket). Excellent jacket, would probably recommend ordering a size up though as it's not very giving. The back support Forcefield Pro Lite K 008 fits perfectly, any others that are wider won't fit through the small slot in the jacket.

Couldn't ask for anything more! Looks the part, very smart. Do yourself a favour and grab it while you can!
